During the Biennale interstellaire des espaces d’art de Genève, Espace 3353 invites Mathilde Raimond and Louis Danjou’s Cuisine Sauvage to invade the neo-futuristic capsule with a sprawling smoker – eggs gently smoked during the day are undressed and tasted every evening.
